I have few questions more than a comment.
    My question are:
1.- Is the S100A10 the same protein known as p11 essential in the regulation of serotonin signaling in the brain?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S100A10

The p11 protein has been intimately linked to mood disorders, to be specific, depression, due to its role in serotonin systems via its interactions with serotonin 5-HT receptors. Serotonin affects diverse systems including the cardiovascular, renal, immune, and gastrointestinal systems. Current research focuses on the neurotransmitter’s relationship with mood-regulation.

2.- Is there any relationship to the possibility of acting in tumor proliferation (metastasis)and the neurological disorders?

    3. – Do you have any information if this S1000A10 may play a role in migraine? In many casis migrain is relief by treatment with triptans (which is a selective serotonin receptor agonist)?

Recent studies show that protein p11 increases the concentration of the serotonin 5-HT receptors at neuronal synapses, thereby rendering serotonin signaling much more efficient.

    4. – Could triptanes play a role in the metastatization process?
